Mike is a member of CIMA and other bodies and has a wealth of experience across many business disciplines including finance, retail operations, financial services operations, purchasing, property management, customer service, IT, HR, legal compliance & H&S.
Additionally Mike has supported over 90 SME franchise businesses, guiding them through all aspects of their operations, funding, compliance and strategy, including growth and exit.
Greg has over 25 years' experience in international financial markets, split between investment banking and financial communications.
Initially at Natwest Capital Markets, Greg subsequently spent 7 years at JP Morgan where he was ranked as a top 10 equity analyst.
Greg moved into financial communications in 2000, initially with Financial Dynamics (now FTI) and then Pendomer, which he co-founded in 2011 and successfully developed into an international business.
Working principally with Finance Directors & Investor Relations Directors, helping them to manage their communications with the financial markets.

Greg has advised on a number of large transactions including the flotation of Italy’s leading oil company, one of the largest acquisitions in the global brewing sector and various other deals.
Greg has also gained extensive experience in the education sector through chairing the governing body and trustees of one of the country’s leading schools, including its conversion to academy status.
